Booth Space is By Invitation Only.
Each EXPO event will have its own registration link. Exhibitors will receive an email invitation to register for their booth for each event from [email protected]. Booth Registrations must be completed by June 21, 2024.
$7,500 Full Booth includes a 10×10 area, carpeted, booth identification sign, (1) 8ft and (1) 6ft topped /draped tables.
$4,250 Half Booth includes a 5×5 area, carpeted, booth identification sign, (1) 8ft and (1) 6ft topped /draped tables.
Booth Fees will be billed in September 2023.
You will receive an email in early July with a link to our allowance entry site.
New this year, we will have one allowance entry site for all EXPOs. The allowance entered by the exhibitor will be the same across all branches where the product is open coded and stocked. On the allowance site, you will be able to see the branches where the product is stocked in order to enter allowances. The deadline to enter allowance is July 31st. On the site, you will also be able to order samples and load POS content for the mobile.
Each EXPO features a post-EXPO ship period where customers who attend the EXPO can receive item allowances on new and existing business purchases. Allowances may be given on all active open stocked items.
Suppliers will be assessed a 25% admin fee on all EXPO allowanced items purchased at the end of the ship period. Allowances will be billed to suppliers unless noted otherwise in your Vendor Merchandise Agreement (VMA). All suppliers are required to offer item allowances at each EXPO.
Allowances will be billed in January 2024.
EXPO expenses (i.e. booth, allowances, electricity, health permit etc.) will be billed to the vendor (Vendor Funded) unless noted otherwise in your Vendor Merchandising Agreement (VMA). Shamrock Foods will cover electrical costs for Exclusive Brand booths only.
In the event the DPM or VHM program funds EXPO expenses, the accruals MUST cover the event costs in order to participate. Costs exceeding DPM or VHM accrual amounts will be billed to supplier incrementally (above & beyond all current VMA programs).

3’ pipe and drape will be used to allow for an open floor feeling and format.
Use pull-up banners and table signage to market your booths, however please do no place high banners on the tables.
No broker signage of any kind is allowed at the EXPO.
Use tablecloths provided, or a professional, branded tablecloth.
Shamrock will fund electrical for all Exclusive Brands and Family of Brands booths, and reserves the right to modify electrical needs.
EXPO move in times, floor plan information, and booth numbers will be sent out at a date closer to the shows. Please do not wait on this information to submit your EXPO booth forms. If you are an Exclusive Brand or Family of Brand supplier, please fill out your booth electrical needs and mark “Shamrock Funded” on the exhibitor kit form (listed in each event information section below).
Shamrock Foods EXPO is a source for culinary inspiration. Please work to create a culinary experience for our attendees. Additionally, you can submit your sample application or recipe for potential use in our Shamrock Foods EXPO inspiration book, please fill out this form.
- All items must have a product card with item #s and descriptions next to them.
- Samples must be served by the booth rep. Customers should not be serving themselves. EX: if sampling chips and salsa, place a single serving of salsa chips in 1oz. sample cups. Do not leave a bowl of chips out for a customer to serve themselves.
- Gloves must be used at all times for food prep and serving.
- Keep food at the correct temperatures.
- If you are cooking at your booth, you must have a fire extinguisher. If the Fire Dept. requires a specific type, this information will be provided.
- All utensils and non-prepackaged food must be covered or wrapped to protect from contamination.
Samples can be ordered on the Perenso site during item allowance entry. All samples need to be ordered (full cases only). Do not ship samples to our warehouse. Shamrock Foods will provide frozen/refrigerated storage during the EXPO. All samples ordered will be billed to the supplier. The billing will include the cost of the case and the standard handling fee. No samples will be returned to the warehouse. More information to come.

If you are representing one of our Exclusive Brands – lead with EB. Leverage current EB signage, banners and table covers in and around your display space. Attire should include a polo or dress shirt with the correct brand logo. Current promotional materials can be purchased from the IMA Merch Portal. Lead times vary, so order well in advance of your show dates.
Shamrock will provide branch-specific, printed EB POS that should be picked up at exhibitor check-in. We will also upload softcopy to the Perenso site, so you do not need to upload any additional EB POS.
Every booth must have at least one manufacturer representative. If you have a Shamrock Exclusive Brand booth and a manufacturer booth, you must have a rep from your company in each one.
Plan to staff your booth with knowledgeable foodservice professionals who will be prepared to do a lot of consulting and selling.
Please do not leave your booth unattended.
To maintain a professional appearance, please adhere to the following dress code expectations at all Shamrock events.
- Dress is business casual - no jeans.
- If a logoed shirt is unavailable, wear a solid color shirt.
Non-Shamrock Brand Vendors: Any logos on shirts/aprons/banner/giveaway items etc. should represent your manufacturer booth. Black slacks and solid shirts with manufacturer logos are preferred.
BROKERS: no broker logoed apparel will be allowed. Please match your booths’ dress code. Slacks and plain/nondescript apparel are preferred.
Health Permits may be required at specific EXPOs. Details will be released in July.
HEALTH INSPECTORS WILL BE AT ALL SHOWS. If you are not following food safety guidelines, your booth may be shut down.
Hand washing stations will be placed throughout the show floor.
Hand sanitizer is not an acceptable form of hand washing.
A month prior to the EXPO, each branch will release details on parking, load in schedules, floorplans, cook stations, suppliers, etc.
