How to Prepare and Cook Scallops

- Gently dry scallops with a paper towel.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle on a dash of salt and pepper.
- Cook scallops in a pan on high heat to prevent drying out.
- Don’t touch – allow to caramelize about 1 minute on each side.
- Scallops are done when they’re opaque and bounce back when pressed.
- Plate and enjoy!
