Preparation

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add tomatoes, chili de arbol, and onion. Cook for 10-15 minutes, or until softened. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  2. Once cooled, combine the cooked tomatoes, onion, chili de arbol, habanero powder, sea salt, and water in a blender. Blend until smooth, adding more water as needed to reach desired consistency.
  3. Stir in olive oil for added richness. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
