I am pleased to share the exciting news that today Shamrock Foods announced it is acquiring Valley Distributing. Beginning immediately, your business will be serviced by Shamrock Foods.

At Valley Distributing, we’re delighted to be joining forces with Shamrock Foods and its best-in-class team and product offerings. Our local leadership and associates will remain in place, however Warren Helmer will now lead the team as I will be retiring. Born and raised in Montana, with more than 30 years of foodservice experience right here in our hometown, Warren brings a depth of knowledge to our partnership. Combined with Shamrock’s extensive portfolio of high-quality products and a vast network of suppliers, we are confident this transaction will enhance how you are served. 

Our goal is to make this change as seamless as possible for you, and the way you do business today is not expected to change. In fact, all shipments will continue to be made from our Billings facility. The strength of these organizations coming together will provide even more opportunities for you.
